Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns and exchanges requests can be submitted through our returns portal.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you would like an instant exchange, we can ship out your exchange before we receive your item back. In this case, a $1 hold will be placed on your card until item is received at our warehouse. There is a 14 day window for an item to be received at our warehouse. If you do not send back the item within the 14 day window you will be charged the price of the item we shipped out.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and submit a claim if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can do this at our returns portal.
